La Table des Frères Ibarboure, is a long established, family-run restaurant that is now spearheaded by the 3rd generation: Xabi handles the “savory” dishes and Patrice the “sweet” dishes. The two young brothers take the culinary experience to new heights in this restaurant that is the only one in the Basque Country between Biarritz and Saint-Jean-de-Luz to hold a Michelin star for the last 30 years. Authentic recipes are combined with creative cuisine and served in a bucolic setting.

The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesday from October to June and on Wednesday from Julu to September.

Xabi is highly methodical and passionate about his work. Patrice is meticulous, technical and a perfectionist. A shared love of fine food and cooking brings these two brothers together; their strength lies in both their synergy and difference.
They choose their seasonal produce from carefully selected producers with the tried and trusted addresses being passed down from father to son, exchanged, shared and discovered together.
And when they decided to locally, “very locally”, source their ingredients, they yet again decided together to create a kitchen garden growing aromatic herbs and edible flowers: day to day, they collect what they need to embellish their dishes.

With Xabi at the helm of all things savory and Patrice in charge of preparing sweet dishes, together they create gastronomic cuisine that draws on highly-demanding techniques combined with beautiful presentation and innate love for local produce. You will be treated to various culinary delights throughout the day: from breakfast served in your room to gastronomic meals, not forgetting refreshing gourmet breaks along the way!
Private rental options include 3 dining rooms with different sizes and unique atmospheres. The rotunda can accommodate up to 70 people. The veranda, offering a more intimate atmosphere, can seat up to 18 people. And the house’s former dining room, called ‘The Chapel’ can welcome up to 35 people.
