Immersion in our land : from marine influences… to the Pyrenean Valleys

 

Xabi the cook chef, Patrice the pastry chef, two brothers, two personalities, two characters, two passions powerfully complementary.

Senses, tastes ,regional recipes and products are essential since them childhood, past between the kitchens of them  parent’s and grandparent’s restaurant.

Today, totally immersed between ocean and Pyrenees Valleys, along many walks and under the influence of the nature that surrounds them, they have selected good products and producers. The millenary history of the Basque Country that also take us to more distant lands.

 

The Tasting Menu is €117 per person, €177 with wine pairing.

Our more prudent guests can choose a shorter version by taking out : one of the dishes (meat or fish) and the chocolate dessert.

The shorter « Emotion » Menu is €84 per person, €124 with wine pairing.
